MOTOMAN GP180-120 is the long-reach optimized variant developed on the GP180 robot platform. It keeps reliable mechanical foundation of GP180 series, while extending maximum reach up to 3058 mm with rated payload of 120 kg. This long-arm design expands robot working envelope significantly, helping users cover larger operation area without adding external robot travelling axes, saving investment cost for seventh-axis guide rails and occupying less factory floor space.
Equipped with Sigma-7 servo system, the robot maintains outstanding motion stability even at far-end working points. Internal cable management protects harnesses from external collision. Body IP54 and wrist IP67 protection make it adaptable to machining workshops, press workshops and welding workshops. The supporting YRC1000 controller delivers high-precision path planning, supports multiple mainstream industrial communication interfaces for seamless docking with peripheral automation equipment.
