The Motoman MPX1950 is a 6-axis high-precision painting robot, with 7kg payload and 1450mm maximum horizontal reach. Its hollow-wrist structure accommodates multiple spray-related pipelines, improving motion fluidity for medium-size contoured workpieces. Multiple mounting options (floor, wall, ceiling) allow flexible arrangement inside spray booths.
The robot delivers stable path tracking performance, which guarantees consistent coating quality for varied complex parts. Working with DX200-FM dedicated painting controller, it realizes integrated control of robot motion and spraying process, including color-change, purge and safety isolation modules for hazardous paint atmosphere. Main axes IP4X and wrist IP65 protection resist paint mist and dust. It is widely used for automotive accessories, furniture parts, metal hardware and medium-size plastic components automatic spray coating.
