The KR 180 R3500-2 K-F is the foundry reinforced variant of KR 180 R3500-2 K. K stands for reinforced long-arm structure and F for Foundry version, with 180kg rated payload and working radius of 3505mm. It retains the complete torsion-resistant reinforced long-arm structure of K model with sufficient rigidity for heavy-duty long-distance operation, together with full foundry-grade environmental upgrades. The robot body is coated with special high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion foundry coating to resist thermal radiation, metal dust adhesion and molten slag splashing in foundry workshops. Reinforced sealing assemblies are equipped on all joints to greatly improve resistance against dust, slag and oil penetration, effectively protecting gearboxes and shafts from dust ingress, water penetration, oil leakage and component wear in harsh environments. Combining ultra-long working radius and foundry environmental resistance, it meets the requirement of long-distance heavy casting picking and high-temperature workpiece transfer for large stations in foundry workshops.
