The Motoman MPX1150 is a compact 6-axis vertical articulated painting robot, specially designed for high-speed precision spray coating applications. With 5kg payload and 727mm maximum horizontal reach, it features a hollow-wrist structure for routing paint hoses and spray equipment, which greatly reduces external cable interference and improves motion smoothness.
The robot supports floor, wall and ceiling mounting, delivering flexible layout for narrow spray booths. Its high-speed motion performance and fine path tracking capability ensure consistent coating quality for small and complex contoured workpieces. Equipped with DX200-FM painting-dedicated controller, it integrates spray-process control functions, supporting color changer, purge and isolation modules for hazardous paint environment. The main axes adopt IP4X protection and wrist IP65 protection, suitable for painting workshop working conditions. It is widely applied for spraying small electronic parts, hardware components, plastic accessories and miniature products.
