The pre-owned Motoman SP165 is a floor-mount six-axis spot welding robot retaining full original configuration. It features 165 kg payload and 2702 mm horizontal reach, built for heavy-duty spot welding tasks in automotive manufacturing. Slim mechanical arm design removes the need for mechanical counterbalance, lowering moving mass while realizing fast acceleration and high-speed positioning movement.
Wide wrist rotation range brings great flexibility for complex welding trajectories. Built-in spot cable harness improves wrist motion performance and expands usable working angles. Powered by Sigma-7 servo drives and cooperating with YRC1000 controller, the robot achieves outstanding cycle-time performance. Stable wrist structure guarantees precise fast positioning under frequent switching of working gestures. The robot can be deployed in compact-layout welding cells and works compatibly with servo welding guns for mass-production welding requirements of auto-body assemblies
