The KR 150 R2700-2 F is a short-reach mechanical body for foundry applications. F stands for Foundry version, with 150kg rated payload and a working radius of 2700mm. It shares the same basic body structure as the standard KR150 R2700-2, mechanical rigidity and precision remain unchanged, with factory reinforcement for foundry working conditions. The robot body is coated with special high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating to resist thermal radiation, metal dust adhesion and mild chemical corrosion in foundry workshops. Reinforced sealing is adopted on all joints to greatly improve resistance against dust, molten metal slag and oil penetration, preventing gearbox contamination, oil leakage and shaft wear under high temperature. The compact short arm features ultra-high rigidity and is ideal for short-range heavy part picking in foundry workshops.
