MOTOMAN GP400 is a classic ultra-heavy-payload 6-axis articulated robot from YASKAWA MOTOMAN GP series, with rated payload 400 kg and maximum reach 2942 mm. Adopting super-high-rigidity mechanical frame, it is oriented to ultra-heavy-workpiece transfer, heavy-press-line automation and large-jig handling tasks. It can stably drive heavy-weight grippers, large-size structural parts and heavy process tooling.
Optimized arm anti-interference design helps rational layout of heavy-duty robot cell. Internal cable routing reduces impact and abrasion to internal harness. Body IP54 and wrist IP67 protection level adapts to heavy-industry workshop environments filled with dust, metal chips and oil mist. YRC1000 controller has strong computing capacity for high-payload motion control, supports abundant bus protocols for docking with press machines, conveyors and other automation peripherals.
