The Motoman MPX2600 is a heavy-duty 6-axis painting robot with 15kg payload and 2000mm horizontal reach. It adopts large-diameter hollow wrist to support installation of multiple spray guns and complex dosing equipment, satisfying multi-gun simultaneous spraying demands. Floor, wall and ceiling mounting are all supported for diverse spray-cell layout.
Reinforced mechanical structure maintains high rigidity under heavy tooling load, with smooth and precise spray trajectory for large-size workpieces. Equipped with DX200-FM painting controller, it provides full-feature spray-process control, color-change, purge and isolation safety functions for explosive paint-mist environments. Main axes IP4X, wrist IP65 protection for paint-shop operating conditions. It is widely applied for automotive large parts, bumpers, construction machinery components, large-size furniture and heavy-duty metal workpiece spray coating.
