The KR 120 R3500-2 P-C is an upgraded reinforced version of the P palletizing model. On the basis of the original 3500mm long-arm and 120kg heavy-load palletizing structure, it comprehensively upgrades the whole machine sealing system, where C represents enhanced sealing configuration. Specially optimized for harsh logistics working conditions such as humid warehouses, dusty packaging workshops and semi-open outdoor operation, all shafts, flanges and joint connections of the whole machine adopt upgraded thickened sealing components, completely avoiding dust ingress, water inflow, oil leakage and moisture erosion, and greatly improving the continuous operation life and stability of the equipment. It retains the original dynamically optimized arm for palletizing, with no jitter or offset during high-speed cyclic palletizing, high stacking accuracy and strong fatigue resistance, supporting 7*24-hour long-term continuous high-frequency operation. Compared with the ordinary P version, the P-C version has comprehensively upgraded dustproof, waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion capabilities with wider applicable working conditions and higher durability.
