This used Motoman SP150R is a six-axis shelf-mount spot welding robot with complete original factory configuration. Designed for overhead installation, it delivers an extended downward working envelope, well suited for elevated mounting frames and high-density workstation layout. With 150 kg payload capacity and 3140 mm horizontal reach, the robot supports various spot welding guns and heavy end-of-arm tooling combinations 
It adopts high-speed axis motion and acceleration characteristics to reduce idle movement time during continuous production cycles. The slim arm structure allows access to narrow working spaces, enabling compact multi-robot cell arrangement. Integrated spot harness optimizes wrist mobility, supporting flexible posture adjustment in complex welding paths. Driven by Sigma-7 servo system and matched with YRC1000 controller, the robot maintains stable dynamic performance and high repeat positioning accuracy under long-term continuous load conditions.
