The whole-machine mechanical frame adopts heavy-duty reinforced structure, designed for handling super-heavy castings, large-scale structural components and huge-size tooling jigs. High structural rigidity ensures stable operation under extreme-load condition.
Body IP54 and wrist IP67 protection grade adapts to harsh heavy-industry workshop environment with dust, sand and oil mist. Internal cable-management design improves cable service life under high-load cyclic operation. YRC1000 controller carries out high-difficulty super-heavy-load motion planning, supports diversified industrial bus interfaces for linkage with heavy-duty auxiliary automation equipment.
