YASKAWA MOTOMAN GP360 belongs to ultra-heavy-duty robot product line, with rated payload up to 360 kg and maximum reach 2880 mm. Specially developed for foundry, heavy machinery and large-component manufacturing industries, its heavy-duty mechanical frame delivers outstanding structural rigidity, coping with large-weight workpieces and high-inertia end-effectors.
The robot is built to adapt harsh workshop environment: body IP54 and wrist IP67 protection resist high-temperature dust, casting sand and oil contamination. Internal cable-layout design improves cable reliability under heavy-load cyclic motion. YRC1000 controller provides powerful motion algorithm for ultra-heavy-load trajectory planning, supports multiple industrial communication interfaces to connect conveyors, positioners and special process equipment.
