The Motoman MPX3500 is a large-size 6-axis painting robot with 15kg payload and 2700mm maximum horizontal reach. The large-size hollow-wrist design supports heavy spray applicators and multiple paint-supply pipelines. Floor, wall and ceiling mounting are available, and consistent motion range is maintained under all installation modes, which is suitable for large-scale spray booths for car-body and heavy-component coating.
Robust mechanical frame ensures stable motion performance when handling large-size heavy workpieces. Paired with DX200-FM painting-dedicated controller, it supports paint-process functions including mirror-programming, path switching, color change, purge and isolation modules for hazardous paint environments.
