The KR 300 R2700-2 F is KUKA mechanical body dedicated to foundry applications. F stands for Foundry version, with 300kg rated payload and working radius of 2700mm. It shares the base mechanical structure, payload and reach with standard KR300 R2700-2 while retaining the same rigidity and positioning accuracy, equipped with factory foundry reinforcement. The robot body is coated with special high-temperature resistant, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating to resist thermal radiation, metal dust adhesion and mild chemical corrosion in foundry workshops. Reinforced sealing on all joint axes improves protection against dust, molten slag and oil penetration for hot and dusty die-casting and forging environments.
